Doña Paula Barradas Meléndez, viuda de don Francisco del Día, vecina de esta Villa, dijo que viviendo don Vicente Fernández de Baldimo, le entregó 500 pesos en depósito irregular con causa de réditos e hipoteca de su casa ubicada en la Calle de Quiñones, la cual fue vendida por sus albaceas, con dicho depósito irregular a don Manuel José Bellido, quien la compró en nombre y por orden de don Juan Pérez Pensado, el cual la vendió después a don Antonio Guillén. Por lo tanto, la otorgante da por libre a los bienes, albaceas y herederos de don Vicente Fernández de Baldimo de dicho depósito irregular.\t
