Doña Antonia de Gálvez, viuda vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que como heredera de doña Aldonsa Antonia de Neira Claver, tiene un solar que obtuvo por concurso con sus hermanas vecinas de la ciudad de México, en donde Juan Bernardino Rangel construyó una casa, y para evitar pleitos sobre él, por la presente le vende dicho solar con 10 varas de frente, linda con casas de don José Ramos, al sur con solar de la vendedora y al norte con el del comprador. La venta se hace en 12 pesos de oro común.
