Don Francisco Martí y Carbonell, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder especial a don Raymundo Alguer, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su nombre ajuste y liquide cuentas que tiene pendientes con don Genaro Cabañes, de la misma vecindad y comercio, así también para que pague o cobre en su nombre, obligándolo a pasar por sus laudos y sentencias bajo las penas que sobre ello impusiesen, y si por lo antes mencionado se requiriese contienda de juicio, que lo siga.
