Don Alonso José Gatica, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliario del Obispado de la Puebla, natural de la Villa de Puerto Real del Obispado de Cádiz, Reinos de Castilla y vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, hijo legítimo de don Alonso José y de doña María de Castro difuntos, otorga poder para testar en primer lugar a don Eduardo de Alsasua, en segundo a don Pedro de Garay y en tercero a don Gaspar de Iriarte, para que después de su fallecimiento hagan y ordenen su testamento como se los tiene comunicado, asimismo los nombra sus albaceas. Como universal heredera nombra a su alma.
