José Miguel Carmona, Pedro Tejeda y Marcela Montiel, vecinos de las Ánimas; dijeron que María Marcela Montiel es viuda de José Antonio Nieves Aguilar; José Miguel Carmona marido legítimo de María Rita Aguilar, hija de José Antonio Nieves; y Pedro Tejeda está casado con María Josefa Aguilar, igualmente hija de José Antonio Nieves; que con tales representaciones tienen que gestionar en la testamentaria de dicho Nieves Aguilar, y no pudiendo verificarlo por sí mismos, han determinado facultar a persona de su confianza, por lo cual, otorgan poder a don Manuel Díaz, de esta vecindad, para que en sus nombres solicite la legalización de la memoria testamentaria bajo la cual falleció el supradicho José Antonio Nieves Aguilar, pidiendo se eleve a formal testamento, se protocolice y se ministre el respectivo testimonio.
