Doña María Josefa Lezama, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, hija legítima de don Cristóbal de Lezama, difunto, y de doña Josefa Francisca Barradas, viva, mujer legítima y con licencia expresa de don Juan Bandala, otorga poder especial a don Pedro de Senande, de esta vecindad, para que como única heredera de su padre Cristóbal, quien fue único heredero del abuelo de la otorgante, reciba y cobre el líquido del precedido de lo que legítimamente le pertenece por razón de dicha herencia, de cuya liquidación pida a la albacea de dicho abuelo se le pague.
