Alonso Esquivel, y su mujer, Ana de Bustos, vecinos de Jalapa, cambiaron [permutas] un solar de 50 varas en cuadra, ubicado a la salida de Jalapa, yendo, al ingenio de Pacho, linda con calle que baja al molino, y por otra parte, con solar de Gaspar Sedano; por otro solar de 50 varas en cuadra, propiedad de Diego Ramírez, vecino de Jalapa, situado a la salida de este pueblo, linda con calle real que va para la Veracruz, y con tierras de un indio llamado Juan Capón, y por otra parte, con otra calle[camino real] que va para la Veracuz, y por la otra, lo divide un arroyo llamado Techacapa, los cuales permutaron y se los vendieron el uno al otro.
