Luis María Villeda, natural y vecino del pueblo de Tula en el Arzobispado de México, hijo legitimo de Marcelo Villeda y de Ana Constancia de Estrada difunta, estando en casa de Juan Bautista Guevara en el Camino Real de Veracruz en los recintos de Jalapa otorga su testamento donde declara ser casado con Juana María de Mendoza, que por su mal natural no hace vida con el otorgante, que de este matrimonio tiene por hijos a Luis Manuel de 18 años y Ana María, de estado doncella de 14 años, y declara que ha criado al huérfano llamado Nicolás Antonio de edad de 13 años. Nombra como albacea a su padre Marcelo Villeda y a Rafael Villeda, nombra como herederos universales a sus hijos
