El Licenciado don Miguel de Luna Bandelvira, cura beneficiado por Su Majestad, vicario y juez eclesiástico de esta doctrina de Jalapa, del Obispado de la Puebla de los Ángeles, otorga poder a don Félix Lince, don José Manuel de Arechaga y don Domingo Martínez de Murguía, vecinos de la Ciudad de Cádiz, para que en su nombre comparezcan ante el Rey y Supremo Consejo de Indias, representando sus méritos y servicios, pidan y supliquen a Su Majestad para que se digne elegirlo y presentarlo por prebendado en cualquiera de las prebendas mercenarias, que se encuentren libres en la Santa Iglesia catedral de la Ciudad de la Puebla de los Ángeles, o en la Metropolitana de México.
