Don Pedro Cruz, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que da en arrendamiento a don Diego Briseño, vecino de la Rinconada, una casa que tiene en administración de su hijo Eligio Cruz, la cual es de paredes y tejas, con su solar cercado de pared, ubicado en la primera luneta del camino que sale de esta villa hacia Veracruz, por tiempo de 3 años, pagando 100 pesos de oro común anuales, con la condición de que dicha cantidad se le pagará por adelantados y los reparos que haga el inquilino serán por cuenta del arrendador.
