Juan Cardeña, natural y vecino este pueblo de Jalapa, hijo legítimo del Capitán Antonio Cardeña y de Rosa María Jaimes, difuntos. Declara es soltero y sin herederos forzosos. Declara por bienes tres cuartos ubicados en la Calle de la Amargura. Nombra por su albacea testamentario a señor don Bartolomé Martínez de Mora, Clérigo Presbítero de este Obispado de la Puebla y vecino de este pueblo. Ordena que se le de a la Cofradía de las Ánimas dos de los cuartos que posee, con la condición de que el Mayordomo ha de pagar todo lo necesario para su entierro.
