Doña María Dolores González, esposa de Bartolomé Gómez Chamorro, vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende a don José Laureano Martínez, de esta misma vecindad, una casa de vivienda con el sitio de 10 varas en cuatro, situada en el Barrio de Cantarranas, la cual hace frente hacia el norte con callejón que del molino va a la Alameda; al oriente linda con el obrador de Juan José; al poniente con casa de Margarita Camarillo; y al sur con Tecuanapa. La vende por precio de 350 pesos.
