Don Francisco Miguel de Campo, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que doña Micaela de Villalobos, vecina de la doctrina de Jalpantepec, jurisdicción de Huauchinango, le otorgó poder para seguir el litigio contra Teodoro de Rivera por haber traído cierta porción de mulas y caballos del potrero de Chicualoque y una mulata esclava llamada Ana Catalina, en cuya virtud tiene ajustado con el demandado, en que le dará 250 pesos de oro común para terminar el litis;150 pagará en marzo de 1724 a don Pedro de Torres y los 100 restantes al Capitán Nicolás de Guevara.
