Don Cristóbal García, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, viudo del primer matrimonio con doña Petrona Josefa de Castro, junto con don José Antonio García, hijo y heredero de dicha Petrona, convinieron en que respetaran el compromiso hecho el 26 de septiembre de 1758, en donde señalan la partición de los bienes de dicha difunta y del que José se da por entregado de las partidas que le hizo su padre.
