Don Manuel Fernández del Campo, Capitán de Realistas Fieles de Caballería de la Costa Sur, y don Juan Francisco de Abaroa, Síndico Personero de esta Villa, manifiesta el primero, que es su voluntad que se tengan como por insertos en la escritura de venta de la casa que el primero le vendió, una explicación del origen y propiedad del agua corriente que tiene dicha casa, librado en 5 de octubre de 1810 por el Alcalde Ordinario de Primera Elección, Capitán del Ejército don Francisco Muñoz Estepa, y un certificado que en 6 del mismo le extendió don Bernardo de los Cobos, Subdelegado que fue de este partido; por lo que señala que los testimonios estén ahora y en todo tiempo a su literal y genuino sentido.
