Don Gabriel Palacio de Acosta, Clérigo Subdiácono del Obispado de la Puebla de los Ángeles, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don José Dionisio Leal, vecino y del comercio de la Puebla, para que en su nombre cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente de los Señores Ministros de las Cajas Reales, los premios devengados y que se devenguen en lo sucesivo del principal de 3 000 pesos con que está fundada la capellanía que posee y adquirió el otorgante por derecho de sangre, el cual se halla en dichas cajas con motivo de la consolidación.
