Don José de Huerta Aparicio, Capitán y Maestre del navío nombrado “Nuestra Señora del Rosario y San Francisco de Asís”, residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial en primer lugar a don Benito Biltini, y en segundo a don Juan Manuel de Arrieta Pérez, residentes de la ciudad de Veracruz, para que comparezcan ante los señores Ministros de Real Hacienda de la citada ciudad, donde pidan la apertura de registro de dicho navío y lo administren en calidad de Capitán y Maestre, recibiendo las partidas de oro, plata, reales, cueros, granos y cualquier otra mercancía que lleven a los Reinos de Castilla.
