Doña Catalina Pérez de Arredondo, vecina de este pueblo, viuda de don Francisco de Vargas, hijo legítimo que fue de don Juan de Vargas y Dina Mariana de Madrid, naturales que fueron de la Villa de Baroja en los reinos de Castilla, Arzobispado de Toledo, dijo que el dicho su marido estando enfermo hizo en papel una memoria a modo de testamento, y para que se apruebe y confirme por testamento la presentó ante el Capitán don Martín de Rada, Alcalde Mayor, quien por la presente confirmó la dicha memoria para que valga como testamento.
