El Capitán Juan de Ursúa, Alcalde Mayor, dijo que por cuanto el gobernador y alcaldes del pueblo de Tequila, le avisaron que estaba allí un chino huido de su amo, por la causa envió a Jacinto de Rúa, intérprete de este Juzgado, para que le trajera, como lo hizo y mandó se ponga en la cárcel pública y se dé aviso a su amo para que venga o envíe por él.\n
