Ante el alcalde manifestó Antonio de Soto, hijo de Úrsula de Santa Cruz Polanco, que su madre tiene en una tienda de este pueblo una carga de cacao Maracayo [Maracaibo], 20 manojos de tabaco, 6 madejas de hilo de arria, una botija de vinagre y otra de aceite, una libra de azafrán, 8 fanegas de maíz, 2 libras de achiote, 2 libras de canela, y 3 botijas de vino; por lo que el alcalde mandó que el vino lo venda a 2 reales y medio el cuartillo, y los demás géneros conforme el arancel.
