Gabriel Duarte, vecino del pueblo de Tehuacán, exhibió un testimonio de Gaspar Estévez Pardo, en razón de 50 barriles de vino que Juan de Molina había sacado de la Veracruz, sin despacho, “por decir era de vino dañado y avinagrado, de que se denunció de ellos, y los dieron por perdidos; y se fulminó causa y salió por sentencia pagar la imposición de dichos barriles”, y para que conste se tomó la razón.
