Ante el Corregidor don Antonio de Monroy Figueroa, compareció Diego de Córdoba, dueño de carros, quien manifestó llevar en ellos, 62 pipas de vino, en virtud de dos certificaciones firmadas por los jueces oficiales reales, don Juan Blázquez Mayoralgo y Roque de Chávez [Osorio], y tomada la razón a las espaldas por el General don Andrés Pérez Franco y Felipe de Estrada en la Nueva Veracruz el 29 de diciembre de 1638, para entregar en la ciudad de México a Sebastián de Castro y a don Teodoro de Fuentes y Tovar, cuya imposición monta 1 550 pesos que quedaron metidos en la Real Caja.
