Manuel de Prado, vecino del pueblo de Maltrata, con poder y en conjunta persona de Beatriz González, señala que la dicha Beatriz, fue albacea de su difunto marido Pedro Martín Castellanos, y tutora de sus hijos, como aparece en los recaudos que en la presente se incluye, y con el derecho que a dicha Beatriz conviene, pide que vuestra majestad nombre curador ad liten de los menores, y se le notifique asista a tomar cuentas a la dicha Beatriz del dicho albaceazgo, nombre contador, curador y las demás diligencias que convengan. Visto por el Corregidor, se propuso a Francisco González y a Diego Hernández Muñiz, a los que se les notificó y se espera la aceptación del cargo.
