María Terazes [Terrazas], viuda, vecina de esta Villa, dijo que don José Cagigas, de esta vecindad, quedó restando a don Agustín Terazes [Terrazas], la cantidad de 196 pesos, y por fallecimiento de don Agustín, recayó la deuda a favor de la compareciente por escritura de 5 de febrero de 1795, en la que se hipotecó una casa ubicada en la calle que baja para el molino de Cagigas o de Maniau, cuya cantidad declara de ha recibido del regidor don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, otorga por la presente cancelación de dicha escritura.
