Francisco y Vicente Ortiz, hermanos vecinos de Jalapa, dijeron que su abuelo Antonio Jaimes, difunto, vendió a Cristóbal de Acosta, un solar con 25 varas de frente y 40 de fondo, y después del fallecimiento del mencionado le compró José Antonio de Acosta, su albacea, 11 varas y media más de solar, y como heredero de Antonio Jaimes, declaran que dicho solar en total tiene de fondo 51 varas y media debajo de las 25 de frente expresadas.
