El ciudadano José Irineo Castañeda, vecino de las Vigas y residente en este suelo, dijo que tiene pendiente un juicio en esta villa por demanda que contra él ha puesto don Juan Bautista de Lezama sobre reintegro de intereses, cuyo asunto se halla actualmente en el Tribunal Superior a virtud de apelación interpuesta por el comparente, quien no siendo posible permanecer aquí ha resuelto facultar persona que lo represente. Por lo que reduciéndolo a efecto otorga su poder a don Manuel Núñez Guerrero, para que en su nombre siga gestionando en el citado asunto, así en el Tribunal Superior como en el de Primera Instancia.
