Don Juan López Ruiz Matamoros, vecino de Jalapa, dijo que hallándose enfermo en cama el 28 de abril del presente año, dio un poder a su sobrino Andrés de Bustillos y al Lic. Don Juan de Bañuelos Cabeza de Vaca, cura beneficiado de Jalapa, para que en su nombre hicieran su testamento. Y en virtud de estar próximo a hacerlo en salud, y sin que sea visto alterar o perturbar el crédito, buena opinión y fama de los susodichos, revocó el mencionado poder para que no tenga ningún efecto.
