Gertrudis López, de esta vecindad, viuda de Juan José Oliva, en nombre de sus hijas, según el poder que le confirieron, otorga que vende a favor de Rafael Marín, una casa de edificio bajo, cubierta de madera y teja, situada en el Camino Real de Veracruz, inmediata a su garita, en terrenos que pertenecen a la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción de esta parroquia, quien por el piso contribuye mensualmente con 8 reales; se compone de 11 varas de frente que lo hace al norte, Camino Real en medio, y del otro lado casa con una lomita de Bartolo López, y 24 varas de fondo hacia el sur, por donde linda con terrenos de la misma cofradía; al oriente con casa de José Licona, y al poniente con la de Félix Domínguez. La venta se hizo por precio de 250 pesos.
