María Josefa Monsalve encarga y deposita a su hija María del Carmen, niña de edad de 11 años, en casa y bajo la patria potestad de José Hipólito Domínguez y Juana Josefa Velasco durante todo el tiempo que dure en la menoría de edad o hasta que tome estado, en el cual tendrán obligación de alimentarla, vestirla y curarle sus enfermedades, sin darle premio por su trabajo pues ésta lo hará como si fuera hija de la casa. La otorgante se obliga a que en ningún tiempo y por ningún acontecimiento le pedirá dicha hija.
