Doña María Magdalena Gorrón de Contreras y Tejeda, mujer legítima del Capitán don Pedro Zamorano, el cual le otorgó licencia expresa, doña Margarita Josefa Martínez Navarro, viuda y don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, hijo legítimo y albacea de don Laureano Fernández de Ulloa, junto con la citada Navarro, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, informan que en fecha del 16 de febrero de 1736, vendieron al difunto don José Antonio de Acosta, un casa y solar labrada de cal y canto, techada de tejas, la cual linda al poniente con la Plazuela del Rey, al norte y oriente con la barranca de Xallitic, y al sur con solar de Juan de Ariz, en la cantidad de 1, 300 pesos, pero sin escritura, la cual los herederos de dicho Acosta solicitan a los vendedores.
