Don Felipe Andrade, Alférez del Regimiento de Dragones de México, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder especial a don José Antonio Andrade, residente en México, para que en su representación, demande y cobre judicialmente de los albaceas o herederos del difunto don Ignacio Andrade, la cantidad que le pertenecen de sus bienes, herederos y de quien corresponda; y si por lo antes mencionado fuese necesario contienda de juicio que lo siga, pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes, presentando la documentación, testimonios y demás que sean requeridos, por lo que se le da éste con libre y general administración y con facultad de sustituir.
