Don Francisco de Escalona, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, informa que por orden de doña María Ignacia García Campomanes, mujer legítima de don Manuel de Zárate, vecina de este pueblo, compro a Antonio Pantaleón, vecino de este pueblo, un solar de 18 varas de frente, y por solicitud de dicha María Ignacia, quien por no tener instrumento con que probar su propiedad, solicitó al declarante se la entregue, por lo que a través de la presente el citado Francisco declara que el referido solar y lo que en el hay labrado pertenecen a la referida María Ignacia.
