María de los Santos, vecina de Jalapa, viuda de Francisco Martín, vende a José Jiménez, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, un pedazo de solar yermo que hubo y heredó de su madre Juana Hernández, de 60 varas de frente y 38 varas de fondo, ubicado en la calle que sale para la laguna; linda con solar que fue de Clara de Quiroz y hoy posee Matiana de la Cruz; y por otro lado, con una Calle Real que va para la Veracruz, y dicha callejuela sube al llano de Macuiltépec, libre de censo, empeño y enajenación, por el precio de 2 pesos de oro común.
