Don Manuel de Acosta, vecino de esta jurisdicción, hijo legítimo y heredero de don Marcos de Acosta, otorga poder general al Capitán don Manuel de Olmedo, vecino de este pueblo, para que en su nombre haga partición y división de unas tierras que dejó don Manuel de Acosta, en está jurisdicción, las cuales pedirá se rematen en almoneda, así como también demande, reciba y cobre de cualquier persona, que le deba, todas las cantidades de pesos, y en todos sus pleitos civiles y criminales, lo defienda y demande, para lo cual comparezca ante el rey y sus reales audiencias y chancillerías, jueces y justicias de ambos fueros.
