El Capitán, Don Francisco de la Higuera Matamoros, dueño del ingenio La Santísima Trinidad, revocó el poder dado a sus tíos Bernabé de la Higuera y Amarilla, a Diego Fernández de la Higuera, y a Blas de Mata, vecinos de la ciudad de México, y extendió otro al Capitán Diego de Sanabria Sepúlveda, vecino de la dicha ciudad, para que en razón de la tenencia, posesión, ajuste y entero del mayorazgo que posee como llamado a él, por la muerte de su padre Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros; así mismo, para en todos sus pleitos, causas civiles y criminales que al presente tiene o adelante tuviere con cualesquier personas.
