El Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que don Francisco de Araciel, difunto vecino que fue de este pueblo, por cláusula de poder para testar, lo nombró como uno de sus albaceas testamentarios, pero por hallarse falto de salud y ocupado en negocios a los que tiene que asistir, dijo que se desiste y aparta del albaceazgo que le esta hecho consintiendo en que los demás albaceas nombrados usen el cargo libremente.
