José Rafael Pérez, pardo libre, vecino de esta Villa, dijo que su abuela Leonor Elena Díaz, mujer legítima de Lucas de Borja, dejó un solar en esta Villa, de quien lo heredó la madre del relacionante Juana Manuela Borja (alias Pedrote), mujer legítima de Juan José Pérez, quien lo dejó como herencia al otorgante, y ahora por la presente lo vende a Ramón Jiménez, vecino de esta Villa, dicho solar se ubica en la salida de esta Villa Camino Real antiguo para México, haciendo frente al sur por donde consta su frente de 63 varas, al oriente linda con solar de Cayetano Santos, al poniente con solar de Francisco Pérez, por el fondo tiene de largo 75 varas, linda con tierras de los Naturales de esta Villa. Lo vende en 189 pesos.
