Don Manuel de Lebrija y Abellán, hijo legítimo de don Manuel de Lebrija y Pruna y de doña Feliciana de Abellán,vecinos de la ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, otorga su testamento donde declara que su caudal es la cuarta parte del valor de la Casa de Provisión de Bizcocho, que en compañía de su madre y otros dos hermanos tiene en Veracruz, más lo existente en Cajas Reales, considerado en más de 100 mil pesos. Nombra como albacea a su esposa doña María Josefa Martínez y Rosado, y por su falta a don Felipe Díaz, como sus universales herederos nombra a sus hijos legítimos.
