Luis de León de la Cruz, Lorenzo de León de la Cruz y Manuel de León de la Cruz, hijos de los difuntos Marcos Luis y Ana María, dijeron que sus padres, vendieron a Pedro de Torres, un solar que hace frente con la Plaza Pública y por el costado del poniente linda con la cerca del solar de María García callejón en medio, al oriente con solar de Diego de la Oliva, por el fondo con dicho callejón que va para las Tinajas y Río Grande; dicho solar tiene de frente 50 varas y de fondo 60 varas, del cual sus padres recibieron 85 pesos, pero no entregaron la escritura correspondiente de dicha venta, lo que dichos declarantes entregan a nombre de sus padres en favor del citado Pedro de Torres.
