Miguel Thormes y Gaspar de Thormes, vecinos de Jalapa, dijeron que por bienes de su difunta madre Juana Rosa de Palacios, quedó una casa que heredaron entre los dos y su hermana María de Thormes, valuada en 300 pesos, acordando entre los tres que la mencionada María se quedase con dominio de dicha casa, entregándole a cada uno de sus 2 hermanos 100 pesos que les corresponden, por los que otorgarían recibo y adjudicación, por este motivo, por la presente se da por entregada la dicha cantidad y se adjudica la citada casa.
