Don Tomás Mangas, vecino del pueblo de Perote, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Rafael Colón, vecino del San Lúcar de Barrameda, para que a nombre de él, perciba y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente de doña María Rosalía de Flores, vecina del mismo San Lúcar, viuda de don Pedro Troncoso, los bienes e intereses que existían de su pertenencia en el poder y administración de Troncoso, en consecuencia del poder que al efecto le tenía solemnemente conferido; y para que proceda a la venta o enajenación de una casa de sus pertenencia que posee en el mismo San Lúcar, situada en la Calle de Bretone.
