El Capitán Antonio Beltrán, vecino del desierto de Perote, jurisdicción de Jalacingo, se obligó a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la Puebla de los Ángeles, 52 pesos y medio real de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron las semillas, ganados y lana, del diezmo del año pasado de 1679, de su rancho nombrado La venta de Lovillo, y que compró al Lic. Juan González de Castro, presbítero, colector de diezmos, en los plazos siguientes: 32 pesos y 4 tomines para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año, y los 19 pesos y 4 tomines y medio, para fin del mes de agosto del año venidero de 1681.
