Doña María Guadalupe de Castro, viuda de Jerónimo Lozano, otorga que vende a don Antonio Guillén de esta Villa de Xalapa, una casa situada en el Barrio que llaman de la Tenería, con 37 y media varas de frente y 33 y media de fondo, al oriente linda con calle en medio y tierras de la tenería, al sur con calle que va a dicha tenería, al norte con tierras de la Cofradía de la Virgen, y al poniente, que es el fondo, con dichas tierras. La vende por precio de 1000 pesos.
