Clara Toral, viuda, mayor de 50 años, vecina esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Manuel Vázquez, vecino del pueblo de Zacapoaxtla, para que en su nombre se presente en aquel juzgado y pida que en atención a que su hermano Antonio Toral, vecino que fue de dicho pueblo, falleció abintestato sin dejar sucesión de sus bienes, conformados por dos casas, dos fraguas y otros muebles, se declare a la otorgante como su hermana legítima y heredera de la mitad de dichos bienes.
