Don Miguel de Arieta, de esta vecindad y comercio, Diputado del Común de esta Villa, albacea testamentario de la difunta doña Paula Barradas Meléndez, otorga poder especial a don Vicente de la Barreda, Procurador del Número de la Curia Eclesiástica de la Ciudad de Puebla, para que en su nombre y como albacea que es de dicha difunta, se presente ante el señor Obispo, señor Provisor y Vicario General, Juez de Testamentos y demás que correspondan, a impetrar la gracia de la fundación de una capellanía, que con el principal de 4 000 pesos mandó se fundase dicha difunta.
