Don Francisco Javier de Gorospe Irala y Padilla, como padre legítimo de don Joaquín Mariano de Gorospe y Camino, otorga poder al Licenciado Ubaldo Indalecio Bernal, Abogado de la Real Audiencia, para que ante el Señor Metropolitano, como ante la Real Audiencia, se presente y defienda el derecho que dicho su hijo tiene a las tres capellanías, dos que fundó don Miguel de Gorospe con 3, 000 pesos cada una, y otra que fundó don Pedro de Gorospe con 4, 000 pesos, sobre las cuales ha seguido litigio con el Arcediano de la ciudad de Oaxaca don José de Solís.
