Don Pedro Rodríguez de Álamo, de este comercio y vecindad, otorga que ha recibido de don Francisco Ponciano Rebolledo, también de este comercio de esta villa, la cantidad de 1 340 pesos en reales de efectivo, en dos partidas. Cuyo principal es el mismo por resto del traspaso que le hizo de la tienda mestiza, que fue de su pertenencia en la Plaza Principal de esta villa, por la cual se obligó a pagarle en la misma escritura otorgada el pasado 12 de junio de 1824. De esta manera declara por concluida y terminada dicha obligación, consintiendo que así se anote y tilde para que no haga efecto; aclarando que solo queda vigente el subarrendó de dicha casa.
