Pablo Justo Martínez, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, como albacea de su difunto padre Antonio Justo Martínez, otorga que adjudica a su prima María Josefa Cadenas, única hija y heredera de Marciana Martínez de quien dicho difunto fue albacea, una casa y su respectivo solar, ubicada en la calle que va de esta villa para la Alameda, la cual mide 13 varas de frente, y lindan al poniente con casa que fue de José Rangel, callejón que comienza frente al Beaterio y corre de norte a sur, en medio, al sur linda con solar de don Domingo Aravalles, al oriente que es el fondo, con 31 varas, linda con solar vendido por su testamentaria a Aravalles, y al norte con casa y solar de Juan José Bermón.
