Don José Arias y Torija, dueño y poseedor de la Hacienda y Trapiche San Pedro Buenavista en esta jurisdicción, otorga poder a don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, del comercio de este pueblo de Jalapa, y por su falta en segundo lugar al Licenciado don Mariano de Enciso, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de esta Nueva España y Regidor de la Nobilísima Ciudad de los Ángeles, para que en razón de la transacción y concierto que sobre la rescisión del arrendamiento de la Hacienda de Tuzamapa va a tratar dicho don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa con el Licenciado don Francisco Javier de Gorospe Irala y Padilla, vecino de la misma ciudad, lo obligue como su fiador.
