Don Juan Francisco de Abaroa, alcalde constitucional, primer nombrado en esta villa, vecino de ella, otorga poder especial a Francisco Javier de Olartegochea, vecino de esta villa, subdelegado del partido de Xalacingo [Jalacingo]; para que tome posición formal de las tierras que le pertenecen, ubicadas en las jurisdicciones de Jalacingo y Misantla, según los linderos que constan en la escritura de venta otorgada a su favor y demás documentos que le anexará a este poder. Cuya posición no ha tomado corporalmente, por las circunstancias ocurridas en ésta y otras provincias desde el año de 1810. Y para que haga todas las presentaciones y diligencias que sean necesarias, porque dicho poder lo confiere sin limitación alguna.
